Before joining 48forty, Ibis served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Distribution International (DI). She was an Executive Team Member responsible for creating a culture that values, develops, and rewards exceptional talent while supporting growth, leading to a successful 4x equity return exit from 2016 trough evaluation. Ibis has more than twenty-five years of Human Resources strategic and leadership experience in distribution/manufacturing, energy, and high-tech industries while serving at Distribution International, Hoechst Celanese, Thomas & Betts, and Aggreko. Ibis served in the Naval Reserves Medical Corp for ten years and was recalled to active duty during Desert Shield/Storm. Ibis holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration from Pacific Western University and attended advanced executive leadership programs at Columbia University in New York, NY, and IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Singapore.
