Jess Bonsall

Jess Bonsall is the Director of ESG at 48forty Solutions. She has spent much of her nearly 20-year career helping industry teams understand how to manage ESG-related topics. Prior to joining 48forty, Jess worked with investment teams and their portfolio companies to build ESG programs, leveraging her experience as an environmental outreach director to provide real-world context to the ESG program build process. She has worked in a variety of settings – from oil & gas, chemicals, and power to manufacturing and production – and is passionate about operationalizing ESG practices in a way that aligns with a company's core values.
